Introduction
A Unique opportunity to acquire, on a rental basis, a self contained business office (B1 Category) in a prestigious building with excellent travel routes and plenty of free parking. The main attraction, however, is that rather than fill the pockets of a ‘fat cat’ landlord, all monies raised go back into the hall charity for the benefit of the whole community.
Mapplewell & Staincross Village Hall is a modern, clean and well established venue. It is well utilised and consists of a ward library and Council Connects services, its own Community Cafe and Sandwich Bar, 2 x short term hire Conference Rooms, two short term hire Presentation Halls, Office use Kitchen area, a Computer Suite and access lift complying with all DDA requirements. The Office is behind a secured corridor, has its own lock and key and is covered by our own robust security alarm system.
Generally, access to the building is 9:00am to 9:00pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday Morning 8:30am to 12:30pm subject to what events are taking place. However, as a key and alarm fob holder you can access the building 24/7 as required.
