What is Aerobics?

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines.

It is generally performed to motivational music and is practiced as a group setting led by June, the instructor. The goal is to improve all aspects of your fitness. 

Before you start you should talk with your trainer to ensure it’s safe to increase your activity level if you have any underlying health conditions.
