What is Legs, Bums and Tums?

As it says on the tin, this class is designed specifically to focus on the legs, bums and tums (LBT) and is there to tone your legs, glutes and your abs, helping you to get fitter, and improve your athleticism. 

Like many exercise classes, this is set to a list of motivational tunes or power anthems so you can almost dance your way through a multitude of core and leg exercises for the duration of the workout. 

So, what are the benefits to the LBT Class?

The core advantage of exercising in a class is that you’ll be training in a supportive environment with people with a similar interest and objective, as well as the qualified fitness instructor. For this reason, it should be called LBT & ‘Well Being’ as it is a social activity as much as it is an exercise class, with many groups becoming more than just ‘sweat buddies’, but good friends.

And if it all new to you, and you’re not sure where to start, it can be particularly helpful to learn of your fitness instructor and those about you. Some of the reported benefits of LBT.
